I don't think that characters should come across as unlikable in professional wrestling unless that is what is entailed. I understand if heels go about such a trait because they are the ones who the crowd is supposed to dislike. Don't you think that this should be missing from those who the audience has to support? The McMahon Family has caught my eye for this reason and it makes me wonder if collection agencies could be a field which it can work within and make the most of.
I didn't think that I would actually start to look at the heel authority figure as someone who was to be cheered. Vickie Guerrero is one character which has been interacting heavily with the likes of Vince McMahon along with his daughter Stephanie and his well-known son-in-law, Triple H. Vickie has spoken with all of them week from week but each of them has told her how to run the shows differently. Having to take in everyone's words has got to be a challenge for her.
After watching this family interact with others in the ring, I don't think that they're supposed to be the heroes they want the audience to believe. Stephanie McMahon's one segment with the Divas proved this to me because she did virtually nothing to help elevate them. If anything, she hurt their reputations with no visible payoff. Seeing as how Stephanie isn't someone who works on-screen from one show to the next, it seemingly assisted no one and it left me, as a fan, more than bewildered.
I believe that this type of character would not work well with collection agencies and this is because of one reason in particular. Agencies such as Rapid Recovery have always gone into cases with professionalism intact, showing bias to neither side. It is the one element which this kind of work is known for, as you could probably imagine. As a result, I don't see the McMahon family properly operating this kind of firm any time soon, which may be for the best considering that only particular individuals should be in charge.

I don't think that there is another group which is as well-known in this particular business, which is something that most other fans can attest to.
